SUPERHOITAJA Platform Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Data Removal Instructions
1. TERMS
1.1. Administration. Family Projects OY is the operator of the platform. Address: Family Projects Oy. Kasavuorentie 18A4, 02700 Kauniainen, Finland. Company registration number: 3132437-4. The administrator acts as an administrator of the SUPERHOITAJA platform and as an intermediary among Users.
1.2. Anonymous user. He is a person who uses the administration services of the Website without registration.

2. FUNCTIONING PRINCIPLES OF THE SUPERHOITAJA PLATFORM
2.1. On the SUPERHOITAJA platform, Management helps users to cooperate. Users can find an assistant or helper job. The Administration acts as an agent among the Users.
2.2. Maintenance as the owner of the site and the SUPERHOITAJA platform do not act as helpers and do not look for helpers. Only Users are responsible for submitting information to advertisements and providing assistants' work or services.
2.3. Users understand and agree that they alone are responsible for their actions and compliance with applicable laws. Users using the SUPERHOITAJA platform understand that by employing people or providing services, they may have to obtain certain permits and licenses, complete employment formalities and perform other legal and/or tax measures referred to in the law of the Republic of Finland.
2.4. The user's information and personal information on the website and in advertisements are provided by the users themselves, so the administration is not responsible for the correctness, truthfulness of this information and is not responsible for any losses or damages that are caused or could have been caused by the actions of the users. , decisions or agreements made using the information provided on the website.

It is prohibited to add images/letters/numbers (eg logos, handwritten notes, phone numbers, surnames, catchy words) or images/letters/numbers combined with images instead of images or alter images in any other way. By uploading pictures to the profile, the User confirms that he has the right to use the pictures and that this use does not infringe the rights of third parties.
3.4. Registered users can post ads, post information to their user profile. 3.5. By registering, the User creates personal login information (user name and password) and is obliged to keep the information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties. In order to reduce the risk of illegal login to the SUPERHOITAJA platform, it is recommended to create a strong, hard-to-guess password under the user name (the recommendation is to consist of at least 8 symbols using both upper and lower case letters, numbers and punctuation marks and avoid easy-to-guess words (user name, surname and so on) and (or) numbers (for example, date of birth) and so on, and it must be changed every 6 (six) months at least.The User is responsible for the strength and retention of the login information created by him and for all actions (data transfer, sent offers, User comments or other matters), which are performed by logging in the user's name and password on the Website. If the SUPERHOITAJA platform is used by a third party who has logged in to the Website with the user's login information, the Administration considers this person to be a User. 3.6. The user is obliged to provide accurate, correct and detailed information in the registration form. If the information in the User's registration form changes, he must update it immediately. Maintenance is not responsible for the User or third parties for the reason that the User has provided incorrect and (or) inaccurate personal information or has not changed and supplemented the information when it changes.
3.7. The user has the right to change, supplement the registration information freely or delete the registration at any time. By deleting the registration, the User loses the opportunity to use the SUPERHOITAJA platform on a full scale. The user gets such an opportunity only if he registers again on the SUPERHOITAJA website.
3.8. By registering on the Website, the User jointly confirms that he is 18 years old.
3.9. Users who have paid a fixed amount in advance for Membership as specified on the Website will be entitled to use the Website's most extensive functionality (such as the extent indicated on the Website). The membership is valid for the period from which the payment has been made, unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with the procedure specified in these rules.
3.10. The validity of the membership is automatically extended for such periods as are valid at the time of the extension and the corresponding fees are automatically charged to the User's account, unless the user indicates that he refuses the membership or does not wish to continue it before the membership ends.
3.11. The User can refuse Membership at any time in one of the following ways: i) through the User Account on the SUPERHOITAJA website ii) by notifying the Maintenance at support@SUPERHOITAJA; iii) if the User has paid for his membership via Paypal – via the Paypal system. If the user refuses their membership, the membership fee will not be refunded.
3.12. The administration reserves the right to change membership plans and membership fees. Such changes will be implemented after notification of the relevant changes to the user.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF USERS
4.1. By using the SUPERHOITAJA platform, the User must:
4.1.1. not to commit any illegal crime or activity on the Website;
4.1.2. communicate with other users and administration in accordance with generally accepted principles of ethics and morality;
4.1.3. provide only true and correct information to other users and the administration and constantly update information about him;
4.1.4. act fairly without intending to deceive another user and/or the Organizer;
4.1.4. change the login information to the Website if there is a threat that this information could potentially be known to third parties;
4.1.5. to ensure that the information and photo in the User's profile are in accordance with moral and ethical standards and do not violate copyright, do not cause disagreements in any case and on any basis.

7. TERMS OF DATA STORAGE
7.1. 8. RIGHTS OF USERS
